The villa is located in the small and quiet town of Krašica, 10 meters from the sea and a small stone and sandy beach, with a more than enchanting view of the beautiful Boka Kotor bay, more precisely its smaller part of the Tivac bay with the surrounding mountains that decorate it with their massive appearance. The villa has a swimming pool of size 5 by 3 meters, with all beach equipment, there is a jacuzzi at the pool, which is charged per day of use, within the villa there is a barbecue with complete equipment, an open gym located on the terrace next to the pool, within the building. you can rent a tourist boat with a skipper, a kayak, a surfboard and a bicycle for riding around the bar.
